Security

To prevent unauthorized access to your data, all property is kept safely locked in a
concrete vault protected by a steel bank vault door. Access to the vault area is
restricted to SecurTec personnel only and there is a double entry system to
prevent any accidental breach.

All external doors to the facility are
locked and a SecurTec staff member
must manually allow non-employees
access to the building. Access to
the vault area is managed by IrisScan. "Iris recognition technology is the highest
accuracy, single-factor identification method, providing fast, user safe, and
cost-effective identity authentication."

Our facility is also under constant video surveillance, and is equipped with UL
Certified door and motion alarms.

Your data is protected from the elements by concrete walls on all sides and the
ceiling. Should a hazardous situation arise, there are a number of systems that
will take control to prevent loss or damage. In the event of fire, a Fike FM200
fire suppression system is deployed. FM200 is the fire suppressant of choice
for computer equipment and data storage, as it will not damage the material it is
supposed to protect.

There is also a natural gas powered backup generator to provide electricity in
the event of a power outage.

Temperature and humidity are constantly monitored and controlled. Associated
data is logged for review. A full time attendant checks these systems on a
regular basis
